The layout of the hotel is designed with reference to the immediate surroundings and maximises opportunities presented by the site. 

The entrance lobby is open and welcoming with a generous drop-off area. In most high-rise buildings, the corridors are usually hidden deep within the plan, without a view but this hotel breaks with this practice by having corridors with extensive views out.
